Refund & Replacement

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy with your order, and we will try to make it right.

Replacement – Please get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving your order with receipt of the product and under the following conditions:-

  1. Wrong Product has been received
  2. Damaged product has been received
  3. Documentary evidence in form of a photo or video

Replacement can be made if the customer informs the same to our Customer Support team by contacting us (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM/6 days a week) or write an email to

Once the issue has been confirmed by our Customer Support team, we will initiate a Return pickup for the Replacement order and the customer will be responsible to ensure the faulty product is successfully picked up by the Reverse Courier Agent. Once the faulty product gets successfully pickup up by our courier partner, Our team will dispatch a fresh replacement unit.

A product purchased at will not be eligible for a replacement if the customer is not happy with the look of a defect-free product, physical damage or tampering caused by the user.

Products purchased from website is not eligible for a refund.

Please refuse to accept delivery of the box and contact PRONICS Customer Support right away if you think your order’s packaging has been tampered with or damaged before delivery. A replacement will be sent our right away by PRONICS.
